General Manager Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Manager.
- Must be hands-on.
- A desire to grow and produce strong results.
- Strong business acumen, Entrepreneurial Spirit; People first approach.
- Servant leader; Highest level of friendliness and hospitality expected.
- Strong training, development, mentoring skills.
- Strong Tenure – no job hoppers.
