Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Three years managing a high-volume fine-dining or upscale restaurant (steakhouse experience preferred)
  • Must be high-energy and hands-on
  • High level of emotional maturity
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to uphold standards and hold the team accountable
  • Strong people skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain grace under pressure
  • Great communication skills
  • Desire to exceed expectations for the guests
  • Ability to adhere to state and local laws and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player mentality
