Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Three years managing a high-volume fine-dining or upscale restaurant (steakhouse experience preferred)
- Must be high-energy and hands-on
- High level of emotional maturity
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to uphold standards and hold the team accountable
- Strong people skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain grace under pressure
- Great communication skills
- Desire to exceed expectations for the guests
- Ability to adhere to state and local laws and sanitation standards
- Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player mentality
