Sous Chef Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of THREE years in a high-volume establishment
- History including Upscale/Fine Dining
- MUST have steakhouse experience
- Experience opening new restaurants is a plus!
- Culinary training and/or extensive cooking and production experience; culinary education a plus.
- Understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to manage a team and also to take direction.
- Must have the desire to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Solid financial acumen
- Strong people skills and the desire to help grow others
