We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Fast-Casual, fun brand. The ideal candidate knows all aspects of restaurant operations and understands the local market. This individual will be the driving force to keep the culture of the restaurant alive by operating a clean and profitable restaurant that is fun to be a part of!

General Manager/Operating Partner Benefits:

General Manager/Operating Partner Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of fast-casual General Manager experience
- Experience managing high-volume, scratch kitchen
- Strong background in training and development, and performance management
- Superior guest service
- Solid communication and leadership personality
- Ability to inspire and develop their team and have fun!
General Manager/Operating Partner Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassador – Understands and promotes the culture of the organization
- Ensure positive guest experiences!
- Set and maintain high standards for the quality of food and service
- Coaching and Mentoring (Motivating, Provide Feedback, Develop Others)
- Engagement with the local community
