Are you an experienced Senior Accountant with a background in Big 4 accounting? If so, we invite you to be part of our dynamic opportunistic growth fund team. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing the financial systems of our portfolio companies, each of which operates with established financial procedures and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Lead the enhancement of financial systems in our portfolio companies, ensuring adherence to US GAAP standards and readiness for financial audits.
• Project Management: Independently manage intricate projects, offering precise financial analysis and serving as a bridge between our fund and portfolio companies.
• Financial Modeling: Contribute to creating financial models for potential acquisitions and prepare for various liquidation scenarios, including public listings and sales.

Senior Fund Accountant Responsibilities:

• Conduct diverse accounting, analytical, and financial reporting tasks.
• Supervise cash management and provide regular cash projections updates.
• Assist in managing payroll, expense reporting, and HR functions.
• Compile, verify, and prepare external client and regulatory reports.
• Support external auditors during portfolio company audits.
• Collaborate with third-party tax advisors on tax reporting processes.
• Prepare financial data for stockholder and investor reports.
• Resolve discrepancies and offer accounting support to partners.
• Perform special analyses and generate detailed management reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred or on track for license.
• 3-7 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Prior public audit experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Big Four experience required.
• Familiarity with US GAAP is necessary.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and project organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work.
