We are excited to announce the opening of our new upscale/fine dining Concept! We are looking for a Host/Maître'd to ensure an exceptional and welcoming experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include orchestrating the flow of guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for our patrons, greeting them with warmth and professionalism and providing information about our restaurant offerings and services.
Benefits:
- Base salary of $45 – $50K, plus commissions! Could earn up to $70K.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant.
- Upsell our VIP Tables and bottle service.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized and efficient seating chart to optimize the flow of guests.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely seating and service for guests.
- Provide guests with information about the menu, daily specials, and any other relevant restaurant information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and attentiveness, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a visually appealing and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Coordinate with the management team to address any issues or conflicts that may arise during service.
