Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience building and developing a team
  • 3 years steady tenure
  • Proven experience in cost control and P&L knowledge
  • The Attitude of, we are successful because everyone in this building genuinely cares about the guests and the staff!
  • Must be open to coaching and improvement – we are always striving to be better
  • High-energy, gregarious individuals will thrive in this role

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Run day-to-day operations in the Kitchen, ensuring all policies and systems are being utilized
  • Lead the team with Hands-on, energy and hospitality
  • Help train staff and maintain our low turnover through consistent systems as well as genuine hospitality
  • Inventory controls, scheduling, and Labor controls.
