Controller (Hotel) Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Requires a minimum of 4 years of full-service hotel finance experience.
- Experience analyzing costs, risks, and profits.
- Investigate and resolve internal control, policy, procedure, standard, and regulation violations.
- Supports group convention billing processes.
- Manages capital planning procedures.
- Supervises accounting income auditors and purchasing departments.
- Provides leadership, mentorship, team engagement, and development.
