Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in culinary, with a focus on food presentation
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and lead a team
• Collaborate effectively with staff, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a positive work environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced and energetic restaurant environment and have the potential to excel in it
• Have up to 3 years experience in a similar role
