Our client is currently seeking a Small Business Accountant to join their growing team! Small Business Accountants play a vital role in helping locally owned businesses manage their financial affairs and are responsible for a wide variety of accounting tasks designed to ensure their long-term health and compliance.

Small Business Accountant Responsibilities:

• Financial Records & Bookkeeping
• Financial Statements & Analysis
• Tax Preparation & Planning
• Auditing Assistance
• Client Communication

Small Business Accountant Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience to the listed responsibilities; Business tax return preparation required
• Bachelors degree and CPA is preferred, not required
• Desire to work in an office environment 5 days per week
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
