A luxury boutique hotel in DTLA is looking to add a Jr. Group Sales Manager to their growing team. As a Jr. Group Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. This position is responsible for supporting the overall sales goals of the organization, with a specific focus on group sales.

Group Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential group clients for the company's products or services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure group bookings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for group clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to group clients.

Group Sales Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in group sales for a luxury hotel 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, Delphi preferred
