Operations Director Benefits:

Operations Director Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years experience in Production Management from the home building industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field (required)
  • Strong Leader – Change Agent
  • LEAN manufacturing expertise (mandatory)
  • Process Improvement Background Strongly Preferred
  • Production logistics, GMP Systems, APICS, Lean or Six Sigma training is preferred

Operations Director Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead the team in all Operational Aspects of the Business
  • Drive Process Improvement and create sustainable changes to current systems
  • Develop a Strong Team Through Coaching and Training
  • Implement and Drive Performance Metrics
  • Align operations to achieve corporate financial objectives
