Operations Director Benefits:

Operations Director Qualifications:
- 10+ Years experience in Production Management from the home building industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field (required)
- Strong Leader – Change Agent
- LEAN manufacturing expertise (mandatory)
- Process Improvement Background Strongly Preferred
- Production logistics, GMP Systems, APICS, Lean or Six Sigma training is preferred
Operations Director Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead the team in all Operational Aspects of the Business
- Drive Process Improvement and create sustainable changes to current systems
- Develop a Strong Team Through Coaching and Training
- Implement and Drive Performance Metrics
- Align operations to achieve corporate financial objectives
