An internationally reputable multi-platform company seeks an experienced Executive Chef for a high-volume new premium location. The role reports to the Division Segment's Director of Culinary, focusing on innovative leadership, talent development, strategic partnerships, and upholding core values.

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • 5+ years as Executive Chef in a Full Service Hotel, high-volume catering, or large-scale food production
  • Hospitality-focused with emphasis on guest experience quality
  • Independent, proactive problem-solver
  • Passionate about food with a hands-on leadership style
  • Experience developing teams and individuals
  • Strong business acumen, financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, etc.)
  • Ability to teach and uphold company culture
  • Determined to improve and elevate people and market
  • Union workplace experience is a plus
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, strong benefits package, a 401K with company match, paid vacation and PTO, a positive company culture, and real growth potential.

Estimated compensation: $95-100k.
