Flexible work-from-home opportunity! A well-established and dynamic Sacramento company is searching for an experienced Associate Labor & Employment Attorney in the greater Sacramento area.

Requirements:
· Must possess a valid California Bar license
· Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, 4 of those specializing in Labor & Employment Litigation
· Exceptional writing skills
· Proficient in researching state, federal, and administrative laws
· Comfortable appearing in hearings and conferences before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
such as CRD, EEOC, ALRB, DLSE, and Cal/OSHA
· Experienced drafting and arguing motions, including motions for summary judgment and class certification.
