General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
  • Experienced managing all administrative aspects, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes
  • Responsible for financial management, including managing the P&L, driving sales, budgeting, cost control, and promotional revenue growth opportunities
  • Leadership style that inspires our team to excel. You'll be a mentor and guide, offering support and direction to ensure the professional growth and well-being of our staff
