Industry leader in commercial real estate development on the East Coast and throughout the Midwest with continued growth. Looking for inspirational leadership in the Architecture and Planning Division. Scope of work is from Hotels to mixed-used commercial properties and many other unique investment opportunities.
Manager of Architecture and Planning Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages the design process for a range of new build, renovation and related projects, including major mixed-use developments, residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, entertainment, and related venues across the portfolio.
- Manages design teams to support project entitlement, site plan, and agency approvals as may be required

- Works with the project team as a corporate representative, supporting the on-time, on-budget delivery of all projects
- Participates in the punchlist and turnover process with the in-house construction management and operations groups
Manager of Architecture and Planning Requirements:
- 5+ years in a design or design/build construction firm with relevant experience in world-class mixed-use developments, residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, and/or entertainment venue design and construction
- Bachelor’s degree in a building design field (Architecture/Interior Design) required
- Proven knowledge of the construction industry, including building codes; design documents; and quality specifications
- Professional level skills in AutoCad and Revit and knowledge of presentation software, such as Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion and others
