Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead their projects throughout Florida. This role will lead the construction process for new build construction and renovation of major mixed-use developments, residential buildings, casinos, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

Senior Construction Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing project budgets, resource allocation, scheduling, financial performance, project submittals, subcontractor management, and quality control for each assigned project
• Manages the solicitation of contractors to support project budgeting, bidding, award and delivery. Prepares bid packages.
• Tracks contractor and vendor schedules. Facilitates meetings with applicable contractors and vendors to focus on schedule-related matters. Provides critical feedback to contractors and vendors relative to schedules.
• Participates in the punch-list and turnover process with the in-house construction management and operations groups.
• Establish and enforce quality control and safety standards on the job site and ensure adherence by direct reports and subcontractors

Senior Construction Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a building design or construction management field (Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management) required
• 10+ years of construction industry experience with project management responsibility for a general contractor, including client interface and financial performance, and cost reporting
• 3 years of US-based construction experience is required
• Experience with large commercial, mixed-use projects, $10-100MM
• Must be able to travel as needed 50-75% to be on-site

Senior Construction Manager Benefits:
