Seafood Executive Chef

Seafood Executive Chef Benefits:

Seafood Executive Chef Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary team and operation in collaboration with the ownership
- Creating, following, and reinforcing kitchen processes, systems, and company policies
- Scheduling, controlling costs, and assuring the quality of all food and menu items
- Assigning tasks and duties while holding the team accountable when necessary
- Procurement of ingredients and supplies in accordance with budgetary expectations
Seafood Executive Chef Qualifications
- Ability to lead, inspire, mentor, and train team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, and prioritizing
- Self-motivated and driven
- Understanding of cookery, raw bar, storage, and proper handling of seafood
- Creative and passionate about seafood preparation
- Understanding of financials, ability to control costs, and work within a budget
