Hotel General Manager 

Needed for an upscale Select Service / Popular-branded hotel.

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all daily hotel operations
  • Hiring, scheduling, risk management, building management, and all HR administrative functions
  • Ensure all employees follow brand standards
  • Brand quality scores and initiatives
  • Train and develop staff

Hotel General Manager Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hotel management experience 
  • Hotel Front Office, Housekeeping, or other hotel department management experience
  • Good leadership and communication skills 
  • Brand property management system knowledge is a plus

Hotel General Manager Benefits:

  • Salary Range based on experience in the 65k range.
  • Performance compensation bonus.of 10% quarterly
  • Vacation, sick, and paid holiday.
