We are seeking a highly motivated and organized receptionist to join our client's law office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced legal environment and be able to provide administrative and legal support to attorneys.

Legal Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence
  • Manage client files and calendars
  • Schedule and prepare for appointments and meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet and assist clients
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Legal Receptionist Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
