We are seeking a highly motivated Glazing Estimator to join our reputable manufacturing team in Houston, TX! If you have glazing project management experience in a sales, manufacturing, or construction environment, we invite you to apply today!

What You'll Do:
- Utilize multiple lead-generation resources to identify new and remodeling commercial glazing projects.
- Ensure product specifications are validated with architects and communicate with general contractors and glazing contractors.
- Obtain competitive quotes from architects, general contractors, and glazing contractors for project bids.
- Get products specified and bid on relevant commercial projects by submitting Requests for Approvals (RFA's or RFQ's).
- Develop pricing agreements with clients to increase revenue and profitability for the company.
- Regularly meet with outside and inside sales teams to discuss project status.
- Assist management in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
What You Have:
- 2+ years of experience managing glazing projects in a fast-paced sales and manufacturing environment, construction, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management is a plus
- Experience with a CRM, CMD, Dodge, ISFt, or other project management platform is helpful.
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings.
- Working experience with commercial architects, general contractors, and glazing installers.
- Communicates clearly and professionally through email and phone.
