- Consult with clients to understand their event requirements, provide tailored solutions, and create customized event packages
- Oversee event operations team to ensure the execution of events
- Promote and market event offerings through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
Banquet Sales and Operations Manager Qualifications:
- Proven track record in event sales and operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
