Restaurant Venue Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Manager to support leadership and oversee operations. Candidates for this role must be guest and team-focused and have a history of leading operations teams. Restaurant Venue Manager Requirements

  • Passion for superior and consistent guest experience
  • 2+ years in an AGM or Senior Manager role for restaurants and multi-entertainment concepts
  • Must have the passion to be a true leader, mentor, and coach
  • Experience with bowling, food, beverage, and live music operations is a huge plus
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company

Restaurant Venue Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on oversight and management of all aspects of the venue’s day-to-day operations
  • Focus on driving sales and profits while controlling costs
  • Provide, create, and promote a culture of hospitality throughout the team
  • Build, train, and develop a dedicated team through proper hiring, training, and accountability
  • Support the Director of Operations and General Manager in their mission
