Banquet Sales and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an individual to support the head of the department in banquet sales and operations. If you have experience in banquet sales and events operations and are looking to build a career in the hospitality industry this may be the role for you!

Banquet Sales and Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Support the head of the banquet department in sales and event operations
  • Help execute sales plans targeting clients, private parties, weddings, and events
  • Consult with clients to understand their event requirements and provide event packages
  • Oversee event operations team in the absence of the department head

Banquet Sales and Operations Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in event sales and event operations
  • Hospitality mindset with the ability to provide great customer service
  • Strong time management and organizational skills while being detail-oriented
  • Creative sense of style and taste
  • Ability to learn industry software
