Human Resources Manager Duties/Skill:
- Implement hiring strategy, posting job openings, sourcing and recruiting candidates, interviewing, budgeting, and job offers
- Assist with HR duties such as employee relations, coaching, background checks and employee claims
- General assistant with recruiting and benefits
- Foster relationships with colleges and schools to promote career opportunities
- Assisting onboarding for multiple departments and conducting orientation when necessary
- Strong leadership abilities and sound problem-solving capabilities
- Warm welcoming personalities with energy and enthusiasm
