Job Description of Restaurant GM:

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our restaurant in Tallahassee, FL. You will be responsible for leading a team of passionate individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities of Restaurant GM:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of dedicated individuals, including kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all restaurant operations, including managing inventory, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Implement efficient systems and processes to improve overall efficiency.
• Customer Experience: Strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers, consistently delivering top-notch customer service, and addressing any customer concerns or feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, control costs, and maximize profitability while adhering to financial targets. Analyze financial reports and take appropriate actions to drive revenue growth.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, actively participating in community events and initiatives to promote our brand.

Compensation of Restaurant GM:

• $55-62k salary
• Bonus eligible
