A growing agency specializing in personal lines insurance seeks a passionate and experienced Director of Sales to join their team!

Director of Sales Compensation and Perks:

• Earn additional income through team new business override and personal new business override

Director of Sales Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Florida 2-20 insurance license
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. business or marketing)
• Exhibit a track record of at least five years in a leadership capacity within the insurance sector
• Demonstrate five or more years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
• Display a keen aptitude for creative problem-solving and an unwavering commitment to precision
• Showcase proficient communication, negotiation, and delivering compelling presentations to various stakeholders

Director of Sales Duties & Responsibilities:

• Spearhead and oversee a dedicated team of personal lines producers, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to successfully realize the company's objectives.
• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies while defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
• Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships within the insurance industry.
• Be in charge of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
