A growing agency specializing in personal lines insurance seeks a passionate and experienced Director of Sales to join their team!
Director of Sales Compensation and Perks:
- Earn additional income through team new business override and personal new business override

Director of Sales Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Florida 2-20 insurance license
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. business or marketing)
- Exhibit a track record of at least five years in a leadership capacity within the insurance sector
- Demonstrate five or more years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
- Display a keen aptitude for creative problem-solving and an unwavering commitment to precision
- Showcase proficient communication, negotiation, and delivering compelling presentations to various stakeholders
Director of Sales Duties & Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and oversee a dedicated team of personal lines producers, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to successfully realize the company's objectives.
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies while defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships within the insurance industry.
- Be in charge of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
