Restaurant General Manager Benefits

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
  • High-volume experience equaling at least $5-$7 million in annual revenue
  • Strong beverage and wine background, a plus
  • Servant leader mentality
  • Guest focus is a high priority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Maintain budgeted revenues, costs, and P&L review
