Restaurant General Manager Benefits

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- High-volume experience equaling at least $5-$7 million in annual revenue
- Strong beverage and wine background, a plus
- Servant leader mentality
- Guest focus is a high priority
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Maintain budgeted revenues, costs, and P&L review
