Seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–10 years of experience in Real Estate, Zoning, and Land Use for one of the top firms in Newtown. Join this people-centric group for unlimited growth potential.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in public forums; preparing, processing, and ultimately appearing before local Municipal, County, and State boards and bodies
  • Support a variety of land use and zoning applications.
  • Representing cases related to Land Use | Zoning | General Real Estate
  • Research similar current and past cases

Associate Attorney Qualifications:

  • License to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • 2–10 years of experience
  • Excellent writing, research, and organization skills
  • Familiarity with county and municipality codes
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Salary is based on years of experience and expertise
