Controller Responsibilities/Requirements:
- CPA strongly encouraged
- 4 years of full-service hotel finance experience is a must
- Reports investigate and resolve violations of internal controls, policies, procedures, standards, and regulations
- Oversee billing processes for group convention business
- Oversees the capital planning processes
- Oversee accounting income auditors, purchasing/receivable departments
- Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams
- Analysis of costs, risks, and profits
- Month-end closing reports
