Restaurant General Manager Qualifications and Requirements:
- Managed Quick-Service restaurants for 2-3 years
- Handled restaurants with annual sales of $1.5 million or more
- Familiar with drive-thru operations
- Demonstrated success in previous roles
- Prioritized people, hospitality, and integrity
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Effective communicator
