High-volume restaurant group is seeking a motivated, kind-hearted, professional, smart, excited, and dedicated GENERAL MANAGER to lead our team

General Manager – High Volume Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership to ensure guests receive an outstanding dining experience every day
  • Coaching of all team members toward excellence and growth
  • Grow and keep your team
  • Drive team accountability and performance
  • Maximize profitability with integrity

General Manager – High Volume Restaurant Qualifications:

  • Willing and able to work ANY shift based on the needs of the operation
  • 2 years of restaurant General Manager preferred
  • Solid P&L knowledge
  • Willing and able to coach your team members helping them GROW
  • Strategic prioritization of tasks and responsibilities

General Manager – High Volume Restaurant Compensation:

  • $60K to $65K salary
  • Health insurance, Vacation, and other benefits
