Dynamic growing company is searching for a Technician & Machine Maintenance Lead.
Technician & Machine Maintenance Lead Benefits and Qualifications:
· Generous Full-time base salary in the 30 to 40 per hour.
· Profit sharing / Bonus and PTO

· 5 years’ experience in operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
· Must have manufacturing maintenance experience with pneumatics, machine controls, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. Experience working with milling machines, Rockwell controls, injection molding machines, cooling chambers, etc..
· Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
· Working knowledge of / experience with diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
· Track record of using analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis.
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus preferred but not required.
Technician & Machine Maintenance Lead Responsibilities:
· Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair the Drying and Milling Machine System
· Fully support sample or production runs.
· Support facility upgrades and maintenance.
· Supports and contributes to the development of schematics, logic diagrams, and other control systems.
· Operates, tests, and troubleshoots PLC/HMI systems.
· Design and implement custom industrial cabling, wiring, and wiring devices.
· Utilize hand tools and power hand tools to perform work on the machine.
· Support and contribute to critical engineering design considerations.
