We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef with upscale/fine dining and scratch cooking experience to join our culinary team!
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Experience in either a private club, full-service hotel, or restaurant environment
- Experience training, scheduling, and creating menus on a seasonal basis
- Good tenure
