Operations Manager for Upscale Theater

We are seeking an Operations Manager with a Restaurant or Retail background that is guest-focused and places great value on positive relationships with employees. We are looking for a hands-on cheerful type with a big personality and a love of Theater. Hospitality and excellent attention to detail are paramount in this position. Food and Beverage knowledge is highly preferred.

Operations Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant or retail management experience
• A great personality with a whatever it takes attitude
• A desire to learn and grow
• A clear understanding of servant leadership and hands-on management style
• High-volume experience is a huge plus.

Operations Manager Benefits:
