We are seeking an Operations Manager with a Restaurant or Retail background that is guest-focused and places great value on positive relationships with employees. We are looking for a hands-on cheerful type with a big personality and a love of Theater. Hospitality and excellent attention to detail are paramount in this position. Food and Beverage knowledge is highly preferred.
Operations Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- A great personality with a whatever it takes attitude
- A desire to learn and grow
- A clear understanding of servant leadership and hands-on management style
- High-volume experience is a huge plus.
Operations Manager Benefits:
