The Ideal Candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding Guest expectations, establishing a rapport with the client, and being present to ensure the Spa & Wellness experience exceeds expectations. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Spa operations
- Ensure the highest level of Spa service and quality standards to ensure consistency regarding guest service
- Lead the training, mentoring, and supervision of the Spa Team
- Maintain appropriate staffing within the Spa at all times through consistent recruitment, interviewing, and hiring
- Maintain Company standards to ensure consistency in guest service that is required throughout the property
- Stay up to date with current trends, services, and practices within the Spa & Wellness industry
Qualifications:
- Two to 3 years of Hospitality Management experience
- Experienced Aesthetician or Massage Therapist preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent in Spa related services training
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
