Our client is seeking their first Resort Experience Manager for their upscale luxury golf resort on the Nature Coast of Florida. If you have experience working in luxury resorts and want to be part of this exciting project with the opportunity to build programs from the ground up – apply today!
Resort Experience Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team and other resort departments to help design and implement guest experience programs (onsite and offsite)
- Design and execute internal activity plans and schedules
- Work with regional vendors to establish excursions and activities aligned with the best of what Florida's Nature Coast has to offer
- Provide exceptional guest service
Resort Experience Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent/relevant work experience
- 3+ years resort activity management experience
- Golf property experience preferred
- Strong communication skills – effectively communicate with internal/external guests and vendors
- Self-starter, multi-tasker with great time management skills
Resort Experience Manager Benefits:
