We are seeking a Business Management Supervisor for a growing CPA / Business Management Firm specializing in Entertainment Clientele. Up to $140K range.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, analyzing and preparing financial statements and reports.
- Prepare workpapers for 1099s and city related business taxes.
- Approving invoices
- Coordinate and assist the tax department with all relevant reports and work paper as needed.
- Coordinate and assist the Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers in the Business Management department.
- Provide information for life and disability insurance applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA or CFP License
- 10 years of experience as a Business Management Supervisor(entertainment industry)
- 3-5 years of experience in preparation of income tax returns
Software Requirements:
- CCH ProSystem and CCH Access Tax
- BNA Income Tax Planner and QuickBooks
- Datafaction/AgiLink
- MS Office Suites
