We are searching for a Plant Controller to join a large international manufacturing company in Waco, TX. The Plant Controller will be responsible for the entire full-cycle accounting process of this location. In addition, this highly analytical financial professional will be responsible for all financial reporting over plant operations.

Plant Controller Responsibilities:

• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Extensive analysis activities to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of the plant operations.
• Support business decisions encompassing the reporting of production, sales, inventory, working capital, the consumption of raw materials, fuels, power etc.
• Collaborates closely with management on forecasting and variance deviations compared to budget.
• Coordinate and analyze KPIs to identify and understand business trends.
• Manage the accounting and audit requirements of the annual physical inventory process.

Plant Controller Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in finance, accounting, business or similar field.
• Previous experience as a Plant Controller.
• SAP knowledge is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others.
