We are searching for a hardworking property manager/caretaker duo for a group of beautiful vacation homes in the Manitowish Waters area. If you are a couple that has both housekeeping and light maintenance experience working in the property management industry, we want to speak with you!
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct housekeeping, including laundry, ironing, and detail cleaning.
- Run errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, car shuttling, etc.
- Oversee boat upkeep, including seasonal removal/insertion.
- Light yard work including flower/garden maintenance and leaf/snow removal.
- Minor handiwork and paint touchups.
- Coordinate and oversee seasonal maintenance and work of outside contractors.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping and / or maintenance work.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Occasional holiday and weekend work may be required.
- Strong references and background check required
