Property Manager Duo Needed

We are searching for a hardworking property manager/caretaker duo for a group of beautiful vacation homes in the Manitowish Waters area. If you are a couple that has both housekeeping and light maintenance experience working in the property management industry, we want to speak with you!

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct housekeeping, including laundry, ironing, and detail cleaning.
• Run errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, car shuttling, etc.
• Oversee boat upkeep, including seasonal removal/insertion.
• Light yard work including flower/garden maintenance and leaf/snow removal.
• Minor handiwork and paint touchups.
• Coordinate and oversee seasonal maintenance and work of outside contractors.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping and / or maintenance work.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Occasional holiday and weekend work may be required.
• Strong references and background check required
