We're expanding our team and on the lookout for meticulous Lighting Auditors to join our dynamic team in Troy, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate extensively with the Engineering and Construction Management Team
  • Execute on-site lighting retrofit audits ensuring accuracy
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete for the Estimators
  • Fill out Audit permit forms and upload project documentation
  • Recommend suitable fixture and controls from a prescribed list
  • Conduct basic energy calculations using Excel and establish submission reports
  • Collaborate with Project Managers ensuring all projects get the green light for construction
  • Monitor the audit calendar/queue daily, and keep tabs on new scheduled audits
  • Interface with team members and keep everyone in the loop regarding project updates
  • Coordinate and oversee area lighting audits, making sure they're on track and entered into proposal templates and/or audit software

Qualifications:

  • 1-year Lighting and/or Energy Efficiency experience (Preferred). Training provided for the right fit.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and be comfortable driving in NYC
  • Ability to travel to NYC when necessary
  • Proficient in multitasking without compromising on organization
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A flair for positive customer interaction
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially basic Excel functions
