We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee all back-of-house operations at our growing casual dining restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their culinary career with an innovative restaurant group.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
  • Ensure high standards for food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain inventory controls and place supply orders
  • Enforce sanitation, safety, and food-handling procedures
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Goal-orientated and passion-driven
