Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Experience with events and banquets
- Upbeat, professional attitude and effective communication skills
- Ability to help manage P&L, labor costs, food costs, and beverage costs
Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and direct the team during service and throughout events
- Build positive relationships with the team while holding them accountable – integrity and respect are priorities
- Remain hands-on with the team and guests during service – focusing on an exceptional guest experience
- Keep operations running smoothly in the restaurant and during events
