Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction

• Financial oversight, including profit & loss, food costs, and inventory management
• Collaborate effectively with peers, management, and vendors while exemplifying leadership and integrity

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within a full-service dining establishment
• Demonstrable leadership abilities, practical communication skills, and a track record of follow-through
• Possession of a ServeSafe card
• Flexibility to work various shifts
