We are seeking a Workers Comp Attorney – Defense.

 

LOCATION: Southern California Applicants ONLY (San Diego through Los Angeles)

 

 

Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Represent defendants in workers' compensation matters, including cross-examining physicians, deposing applicants, and appearing at MSC's and trials.
  • Work independently from home or a remote location.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible representation for our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on workers' compensation law and regulations.

 

Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • At least 5 years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
  • Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
