Upscale Sous Chef Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all food is prepared, produced, and presented to a consistently high standard, following recipes and preparation methods precisely
• Develop and implement production schedules for all food items, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff
• Have a deep understanding of the wines offered on the restaurant's wine list, as well as how to pair them with food
