MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of progressive experience in high volume food production or catering
• An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
• Being able to function effectively in a highly stressful environment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce high-quality dishes that meet the restaurant's standards and customers' expectations.
• Train the auxiliary kitchen staff to ensure efficient results.
• It is important to ensure that there is order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours. Please maintain a tidy and organized workspace, and follow all necessary safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive environment.
• Assist clients in creating customized tasting menus for various events from their own kitchen.
• Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure professional equipment is properly maintained to prevent malfunctions.
