We are a California-based company that is known for one of the most diverse menus in the fast-casual industry. We have expanded to the Texas market and are looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the operations with a guest-focused mentality, looking to grow with this rapidly expanding company.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, train and manage team members
- Run daily operations and enforce safety, and sanitation standards
- Uphold the highest level of brand standards and company culture
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Management experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity, character, and ethics are a MUST
- Adaptability and flexibility, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on leadership mentality
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong leadership skills
