Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional hospitality according to the brand standards

– Ensure all supplies are readily available before and during service

– Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free environment

– Respond immediately to the needs of all guests

– Supervise and assist with all restaurant operations

– Manage P+L, inventory, and cost controls

Qualifications:

– Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager, Maitre D/Concierge

– Must be skilled in multitasking, problem resolution, and customer relations

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

– Strong work ethic and a team player
