Assistant Manager Job Requirements:
- Follows training programs to ensure all Team Members are trained to the highest standards possible
- Daily Supervision and Leadership of the entire team, including hourly
- Sales Growth through operational excellence
- Exceeding Guest Service standards
- Quality of Operations through adherence to company standards and accountability
- Strong Business acumen to ensure a highly successful business for the guests and the company
Assistant Manager Job Qualifications:
- 1+ years as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager Position
- Servant-Leadership Style and Passion for People
- Polished casual, or fast casual
- Sustainable operational results with solid job history
- Strong business acumen – managing a P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
- Hands-on leadership
